Asda/LazyTown prize draw to win a visit from Sportacus to your nominated school.

The draw is open to UK residents excluding the employees and their immediate families of Asda, LazyTown, their agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. It is open to children aged under 16, however they should have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to take part.

Closing date for receipt of all submissions online is midnight on Monday 25th October 2010.

To take part in the promotion, Entrants must submit a photo or video via the official website www.asda.co.uk/lazytown in .jpg or .jpeg format. Photos or videos should include the entrant using the Lazytown pedometer. Entrants may also send photos or videos that do not include the pedometer as no purchase is necessary.

Only one entry per person and per email address allowed.

No photos will be retained or displayed on any public forum. Once the winner has been contacted all the images and contact details will be destroyed.

Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of network, computer hardware of software failures of any kind. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified via the contact details supplied, within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted within a further 28 days the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original.

The prize is a visit from Sportacus to your school. Time and date to be agreed with Sportacus and the winning school.

No cash or other prize alternative is available, except that in the event of circumstances outs side of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value.

The name and county of the winner will be available upon request to those enclosing a stamped SAE marked - LazyTown pedometer to Savvy Marketing, 15-17 High Court Lane, Leeds, LS2 7EU within 3 months after the published closing date.

The decision of the promoter regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered into.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or injury arising from promotional participation or the acceptance of the prize.
